(pronounced queen-amann) The Kouign Amann originated from Breton and some describe it as a "caramelized croissant". It involves layering dough with sheets of butter, then folding it, rolling it out, and repeating that multiple times to create hundreds of layers. Our buttery pastry is folded and baked with caramelised sugar creating the perfect buttery and sweet indulgent treat.
For a crisp crust, the defrosted product can be baked in a toaster or preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 3-5 Minutes
