This range of bread draws inspiration from the healthy, low sugar and low fat European bread. Through the use of Japanese and Taiwanese bread making techniques, we achieved a soft texture that is suited to the Asian taste.
This bread has a Chocolatey soft exterior which we balance out with our filling of silky cream cheese, making the perfect balance of our version of cocoa and cream!
